The Sun World Cup Stunt with Terry Venables

Client: The Sun

Experiential / Sport

We launched The Sun’s World Cup charity single- a Terry Venables cover of the Elvis classic ‘If I Can Dream’- atop one of the world’s most popular music venues.

We delivered the first ever live performance on top of the O2, featuring Terry Venables, a choir and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra performing on a ‘The Sun’ branded stage on the roof of the world’s most popular music venue.

Before the performance, broadcast media were invited to interview Terry, with Sky News given exclusive on-roof access during the performance.

Footage of the performance was captured and distributed to national news and online media.
