Going Beyond Black History Month with VAMP.

Last November, we launched our Beyond Black History Month pledge in partnership with VAMP – our commitment to promoting Black culture long term – within our agency culture, through our work and within our industry.

Our ongoing commitment is to enabling brands to step up and make passions more inclusive. To inform this inclusion work, we have created an ‘Inclusion Alliance’, a series of strategic partnerships with key organisations that we work closely with to help guide and shape our thinking and execution, ensuring authenticity reigns and the work has maximum impact. VAMP join this alliance, with other of our partners including culture change experts Utopia, social purpose music platform Limitless and the Trans Creative Collective, among others.

Last week, we hosted an event to inspire the industry to join us, showcasing the many ways brands can engage in Black culture and why every brand should be. Because Black culture spearheads and shapes popular culture.


We welcomed an incredible panel of speakers, who educated, enlightened and entertained us, but ultimately the only outcome that matters is action.
