Hosting the Football Beyond Borders launch of brand new women’s sport insights report
NEW REPORT FROM Football Beyond Borders 💥
Today marks 100 days until the Women’s World Cup kicks off in Australia and New Zealand. Over the past 6 weeks, Football Beyond Borders have self-funded a research project with insights arm, Youth Beyond Borders, to answer the question: “Has the Lionesses win led to inner-city teenage girls becoming more engaged in the women’s game? ”Whilst a lot of progress has been made in the women’s game, there’s still a long way to go.
The report finds that 63% of teenage girls can’t name any of the Lionesses. “Inspiring a Generation?” sets out the current state of play for how teenage girls in cities relate to football ⚽
