How do we use movement to mark a partnership renewal between a tennis legend, Rafael Nadal, and long-term partner, Kia, in a world that is standing still?

We put fans at the heart of a partnership renewal in the middle of a global pandemic, connected them to the sport they miss and empowered them to be a part of the return of one of the greatest tennis players in the world.

#GetRafaMoving was a global interactive event broadcast via Facebook Live from Rafa Nadal’s famed tennis academy in Mallorca to fans all around the world including:

  • Live link-up spanning different time zones between Nadal in Mallorca and Kia Executives in Korea in a first virtual partnership renewal signing
  • Live Q&A with fans globally using real-time comments and live video messages from fans
  • Interactive training session where fans voted for their favourite drills via Rafa’s Instagram stories
